Most Saturday games this season will begin at 4 p.m.
WEST PLAINS, MO —— Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP) Grizzly Basketball officials announced that most Saturday games this season will begin at 4 p.m., following a vote by Region 16 teams.
The adjustment moves most Saturday contests from the traditional 7 p.m. start to the earlier 4 p.m. tipoff. The Grizzlies will play this Saturday, Nov. 22 at 4 p.m. against National Park College and Saturday, Nov. 29, against North Arkansas College before beginning Region 16 play in January.
The Homecoming game will not be affected by the change. It will remain at 7 p.m. when the Grizzlies host State Fair Community College on Feb. 21.
